The 45-second teaser offers a stunning first look at Ram Charan’s raw, rugged wrestler avatar, complete with long tied hair, a chiselled physique, and an intensity that is impossible to look away from. From lifting a heavy gada to tossing sacks in training and wrestling under heavy rain, the teaser dramatically showcases physical transformation and power.

The 45-second video shows the wrestler side of Ram Charan’s character, where he can be seen with long, tied hair and a rugged, chiseled physique. He is seen performing high-intensity workouts, tossing heavy sacks into a truck, almost like a German suplex. The visuals also capture him lifting heavy weights using a traditional well-set-up.
A narration in the video seems someone saying to Ram Charan, “Wrestling isn’t like cricket, where you just face a ball and bat. It’s a game where you face death itself”. As they invite him for a match, he says, “Dear, listen, my pride is my game”.The clip has high-quality, gritty visuals and the teaser includes glimpses of a wrestling bout and sequences of him training under heavy rain. He confidently signs off the teaser, twirling his moustache to show his pride. About ‘Peddi’
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, famous for ‘Uppena,’ ‘Peddi’ is a sports drama film largely expected to be based on a village-based cricket tournament. ‘Peddi’ also features Bollywood’s Janhvi Kapoor opposite Ram Charan as the female lead, marking her second Telugu outing, after her debut with Jr NTR. The film also includes Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar, Divyendu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu and Boman Irani among other actors. AR Rahman composed the music for the film. Earlier, the movie was originally set to release today, but was later pushed ahead to a worldwide release on April 30, 2026.
